Barack Obama
|
His/Her biography
|
Barack Obama was the 44th and first African American president of
the United States. Because of his biracial background, many Americans of
different races identified with him and hoped he could unify America.
Barack Obama represents many peoples' hopes and fears about race
in America. Some Americans thought that Obama's ascent to the presidency
meant that race was becoming less important in America. While many other
Americans realized America still had problems with racism, Obama's success
still brought incredible joy—many Americans were thrilled that a black man
could live in the White House. Still, other Americans found a black
president's success threatening.

Kirchhoff's Laws are: A hot solid, liquid or gas, under high
pressure, gives off a continuous spectrum. A hot gas under low pressure
produces a bright-line or emission line spectrum. A dark line or absorption
line spectrum is seen when a source of a continuous spectrum is viewed behind
a cool gas under pressure.
